Diploma Legalization and Certification for Saudi Arabia

August 3, 2019 By Atlanta Apostille

Are you planning to work in Saudi Arabia?  Do need your U.S. diploma legalized for Saudi Arabia for a new job offer? Or maybe you are wondering who can apostille a document? The opportunities for work overseas are endless and can be daunting, but know that Atlanta Apostille can help! We provide international document certification, and obtain apostilles, authentications, U.S. State Department certifications, and embassy legalizations on documents for foreign use.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is not currently a member of the Hague Apostille Convention, which means that documents for this country require multiple steps for certification.

In order to apostille a degree and legalize your diploma, you will need to provide several documents from your alma mater and the company offering a position, such as a notarized copy of your college degree. We recommend that you contact the school’s registrar and request either the original diploma or color copy to get notarized.

To be considered qualified for a position of employment in Saudi Arabia, there are standards and requirements that have been issued by both the Saudi Ministry of Education and the Saudi Arabia Cultural Ministry. Online courses taken when acquiring your degree are not normally accepted, but they do allow twelve hours within a bachelors degree and six hours within a masters & Ph.D. Also keep in mind that they take into consideration content of the program undertaken by the student, location where the courses were taken, and several other factors which may delay the request or cause it to be rejected.  Presenting a diploma from an accredited U.S. university does not fully guarantee approval by the SACM. If the request for certification by the SACM is not approved, please note that the amount for the notarization and apostilling service is non-refundable.

Typically, this process of acquiring apostille services on a document for overseas use can be time consuming and complicated if done by yourself. We can certify your documents through the local offices, Secretary of State, federal agencies in Washington, D.C., and the UAE Embassy or Consulate offices.  Depending on the state of origin of your document, the process can take anywhere from two to three weeks. In order to process your documents, we will just need your original documents and our order form to be completed.

For any assistance in notarizing and certifying documentations to be used overseas by those residing in the United States, our staff is available to answer your questions and provide you with step-by-step assistance. We are in the office every day, Monday to Sunday, from 8 AM to 11 PM EST. Do not hesitate to call us at 404-323-4211, or e-mail david@atlantaapostille.com.

Certificate of Free Sale Apostille

July 6, 2019 By Atlanta Apostille

Have you searched, “How to get an apostille?” or maybe, “Apostille services near me for Free Sale Apostille?”

Atlanta Apostille is able to help with all your apostille services. The first thing you need to know is if the foreign government requesting the apostille letter or wanting you to get apostille services is a member of the Hague Apostille Convention. This simply determines the steps moving forward on the government end for any and all future apostille and translation services.

Several countries will require an apostilled “Certificate of Free Sale” when companies export products to them. The certificate just verifies that the items are legally sold and produced, approved by the government processes, and the apostille services will authenticate the certificate itself.

In order to determine the best course of action for your document authentication services, our staff is available to answer your questions and provide you with step-by-step assistance. We are in the office every day, Monday to Sunday, from 8AM to 11 PM EST. Do not hesitate to call us at 404-323-4211, or e-mail david@atlantaapostille.com.

How to: Prepare Documents for Teaching English Abroad

August 26, 2013 By Atlanta Apostille

Teaching english abroadMany recent college graduates are finding employment overseas teaching English.  There is a strong demand, particularly among Asian countries, for English-speaking foreigners to teach English to students wanting to sharpen their English-language skills.  Many companies and families hire students on a contract basis.  However, the screening process can be lengthy involving various agencies of the applicant’s home and host countries.

If you are teaching English abroad, after you have obtained your background check from the Department of Justice, you will need to have it notarized.  Then, you will need an apostille for both your background check and your diploma.

Atlanta Notaries will notarize your diploma and background check; just bring us a copy of the documents as well as the originals.  We will notarize your paperwork quickly and efficiently so that you can get it apostilled.

Atlanta Apostille will obtain the apostille for your documents so you can begin life abroad. Call us today at 404-323-4211 to set up an appointment.
