Medical Examination Apostille

February 27, 2020 By Atlanta Apostille

So you need to certify your medical examination documents for international use? Atlanta Apostille can assist with authentication of documents for any medical examinations, such as chest X-Rays or blood tests for Hepatitis.

International countries may ask you for documentation that shows a recent medical examination in order to get a work permit, citizenship, or a permanent visa. Before submitting, you must have the documents apostilled.

Only a few countries will ask for a medical examination, and in order for it to be used internationally, you must apostille the document. Once the doctor’s appointment has been completed and the exam has been conducted, the doctor’s signature will need to be notarized for international use. The document must be signed by the doctor in front of a public, travelling notary, and once notarized, the document can be sent into an apostille office for processing. Do note that what sets Atlanta Apostille apart is that all of our employees can assist with the notarization of documents and are certified. For any notarization and apostille work, know that Atlanta Apostille can assist with multiple steps along the way, and are guaranteed one of the fastest services in Atlanta, with as soon as same day apostille servicing.

For all documents and paperwork outside of the United States, contact your local U.S. Embassy or U.S. Consulate office for assistance.

For any assistance in notarizing and certifying documentations to be used overseas for those residing in the United States, our staff is available to answer your questions and provide you with step-by-step assistance. We are in the office every day, Monday to Sunday, from 8 AM to 11 PM EST. Do not hesitate to call us at 404-323-4211, or e-mail [email protected].

Dual Citizenship Apostille

February 2, 2020 By Atlanta Apostille

So you’re seeking dual citizenship, or dual nationality, with another country? As you consider the advantages and disadvantages of both, know that documents used overseas will need an apostille to verify the legality of its usage. Atlanta Apostille can help with certifying Birth, Death, and Marriage Certificates, as well as Divorce Decrees.

The first step is ensuring that dual citizenship is attainable for the country you are seeking, since not all countries allow it. From there, contact the local consulate office for any further information or instructions on the application process, such as asking if you need an apostilled birth certificate. They should provide a list of steps and documents to apostille for use internationally, and from there we would be more than happy to assist. If you have any trouble, our trained professionals are versed in expedited apostille services and can answer any questions or confusions you might have. Note that in order to process your documents, we will need your original documents and our order form to be completed.

GED, Diploma, or Transcripts Apostille

January 4, 2020 By Atlanta Apostille

When attempting to pursue education internationally or step into overseas work, at Atlanta Apostille, we would love to help you grow your skill set.

When acquiring apostille services on your GED Diploma or Transcripts, know that there are two main steps:

  1. Contact your school’s registrar and acquire a signature and notary for either the original or a colored copy. You may have to mail in your original or e-mail a color copy to the school. Not sure where the original is? Don’t worry! Some schools will allow you to purchase a new diploma when attempting to acquire an apostilled degree. If the school doesn’t have a notary on staff, you can contact a traveling notary who can visit the school and assist appropriately with the registrar. However, most notaries are not aware of all the details required for authenticating and certifying diplomas or transcripts for the specific needs and requirements of each and every country- so make sure to contact Atlanta Apostille for the apostilling process in order to ensure the best chance of success in your overseas process.
  1. When you receive your diploma or transcript, double check that the paperwork has been signed and notarized. Some will place this on the back, if there isn’t enough room on the front, and others might attach an affidavit that is signed and notarized to the document. Just remember to verify that an original signature and printed name of the school’s registrar is on the document, and includes the notary’s name, signature, date, wording, and stamp.

For any assistance in notarizing and acquiring an apostilled degree to be used overseas by those residing in the United States, our staff is available to answer your questions and provide you with step-by-step assistance . We are in the office every day, Monday to Sunday, from 8 AM to 11 PM EST. Do not hesitate to call us at 404-323-4211, or e-mail [email protected] for all your document authentication services and needs.

All fifty states can issue an apostille, but in Washington, D.C., the Secretary of D.C. and the U.S. Department of State can also issue an apostille, totaling to fifty-two.
