When acquiring an apostille from the Secretary of State, you should know that the United States has fifty-two separate Apostilles from the Secretary of State offices. All fifty states can issue an apostille, but in Washington, D.C., the Secretary of D.C. and the U.S. Department of State can also issue an apostille, totaling to fifty-two.
If you need your document to have an apostille for all authentication of documents, we will need both your original documents and our order form filled out. Do note that an apostille is issued for countries that are members of the Hague Apostille Convention, and when they aren’t, it simply requires more steps for verification and certification. We can assist with certification, such as a U.S. Department of State apostilled FBI background checks and apostilled driver’s licenses.
For any assistance in notarizing and certifying documentations to be used overseas for those residing in the United States, our staff is available to answer your questions and provide you with step-by-step assistance.
