Secretary of State Apostille

December 27, 2019 By Atlanta Apostille

When acquiring an apostille from the Secretary of State, you should know that the United States has fifty-two separate Apostilles from the Secretary of State offices. All fifty states can issue an apostille, but in Washington, D.C., the Secretary of D.C. and the U.S. Department of State can also issue an apostille, totaling to fifty-two.

If you need your document to have an apostille for all authentication of documents, we will need both your original documents and our order form filled out. Do note that an apostille is issued for countries that are members of the Hague Apostille Convention, and when they aren’t, it simply requires more steps for verification and certification. We can assist with certification, such as a U.S. Department of State apostilled FBI background checks and apostilled driver’s licenses.

For any assistance in notarizing and certifying documentations to be used overseas for those residing in the United States, our staff is available to answer your questions and provide you with step-by-step assistance. We are in the office every day, Monday to Sunday, from 8 AM to 11 PM EST. Do not hesitate to call the professionals at 404-323-4211, or e-mail [email protected] to schedule an appointment today.

Certificate to Foreign Government CFG Apostille

October 2, 2019 By Atlanta Apostille

Do you need to export and market products to or from a different country and have searched, “Apostille services near me for FDA?” The foreign government receiving the products will request a “Certificate to Foreign Government”, which just ensures that all products, being sold are in compliance with the requirements of the Federal Food, Drug, & Cosmetic Act within the Food & Drug Administration.

The FDA is the government agency that would administer this kind of certification. When acquiring and presenting this document for international use, a foreign government receiving the products will look for official confirmation and assurance that the products they are receiving meet the U.S. FDA guidelines, and a review of an FDA Export Certificate may be required to import your product into another country. So for all international use of a Certificate to Foreign Government (CFG) issued by the FDA, apostilled documents are necessary.

Typically, this process of acquiring apostille services, or certifying a document for overseas use, can be time consuming and complicated if left into the wrong hands, but with Atlanta Apostille you are accessing one of the fastest and most reputable ways to certify and legalize your documents for overseas use.

Diploma Legalization and Certification for Saudi Arabia

August 3, 2019 By Atlanta Apostille

Are you planning to work in Saudi Arabia?  Do need your U.S. diploma legalized for Saudi Arabia for a new job offer? Or maybe you are wondering who can apostille a document? The opportunities for work overseas are endless and can be daunting, but know that Atlanta Apostille can help! We provide international document certification, and obtain apostilles, authentications, U.S. State Department certifications, and embassy legalizations on documents for foreign use.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is not currently a member of the Hague Apostille Convention, which means that documents for this country require multiple steps for certification.

In order to apostille a degree and legalize your diploma, you will need to provide several documents from your alma mater and the company offering a position, such as a notarized copy of your college degree. We recommend that you contact the school’s registrar and request either the original diploma or color copy to get notarized.

To be considered qualified for a position of employment in Saudi Arabia, there are standards and requirements that have been issued by both the Saudi Ministry of Education and the Saudi Arabia Cultural Ministry. Online courses taken when acquiring your degree are not normally accepted, but they do allow twelve hours within a bachelors degree and six hours within a masters & Ph.D. Also keep in mind that they take into consideration content of the program undertaken by the student, location where the courses were taken, and several other factors which may delay the request or cause it to be rejected.  Presenting a diploma from an accredited U.S. university does not fully guarantee approval by the SACM. If the request for certification by the SACM is not approved, please note that the amount for the notarization and apostilling service is non-refundable.

Typically, this process of acquiring apostille services on a document for overseas use can be time consuming and complicated if done by yourself. We can certify your documents through the local offices, Secretary of State, federal agencies in Washington, D.C., and the UAE Embassy or Consulate offices.  Depending on the state of origin of your document, the process can take anywhere from two to three weeks. In order to process your documents, we will just need your original documents and our order form to be completed.

For any assistance in notarizing and certifying documentations to be used overseas by those residing in the United States, our staff is available to answer your questions and provide you with step-by-step assistance.
