FBI Apostille

April 3, 2020 By Atlanta Apostille

Are you stuck wondering how to get an FBI apostille for all FBI documents or background checks? You’ll need to connect with an FBI channeler to assist in obtaining a background check, but upon receiving the document, the documentation must acquire an apostille certified document stamp for certification of international use.

With as quick as same day apostille service for certain documents, feel free to bring in your paperwork to our office by scheduling an appointment, or e-mailing a digital PDF copy. We only need your original documents and our order form filled out.

For any assistance in US apostille services, notarizing, and certifying documentation to be used overseas by those residing in the United States, our staff is available to answer your questions and provide you with step-by-step assistance. We are in the office every day, Monday to Sunday, from 8 AM to 11 PM EST. Do not hesitate to call us at 404-323-4211, or e-mail david@atlantaapostille.com.

Secretary of State Apostille

December 27, 2019 By Atlanta Apostille

When acquiring an apostille from the Secretary of State, you should know that the United States has fifty-two separate Apostilles from the Secretary of State offices. All fifty states can issue an apostille, but in Washington, D.C., the Secretary of D.C. and the U.S. Department of State can also issue an apostille, totaling to fifty-two.

If you need your document to have an apostille for all authentication of documents, we will need both your original documents and our order form filled out. Do note that an apostille is issued for countries that are members of the Hague Apostille Convention, and when they aren’t, it simply requires more steps for verification and certification. We can assist with certification, such as a U.S. Department of State apostilled FBI background checks and apostilled driver’s licenses.

For any assistance in notarizing and certifying documentations to be used overseas for those residing in the United States, our staff is available to answer your questions and provide you with step-by-step assistance. We are in the office every day, Monday to Sunday, from 8 AM to 11 PM EST. Do not hesitate to call the professionals at 404-323-4211, or e-mail david@atlantaapostille.com to schedule an appointment today.

Qatar Embassy Legalization and Certification

July 4, 2019 By Atlanta Apostille

Surrounded by the Arabian Sea, Qatar is located in the Middle East and shares a border with Saudi Arabia, which known for being abundant and prosperous in oil. With the Global Peace Index ranking Qatar as one of the most peaceful countries in the world, many corporations and organizations have followed, but if you are conducting work in Qatar, then you will need document legalization services for use in Qatar.

We provide Qatar Embassy legalization and Qatar Consulate Legalization services, such as processing an apostille for FBI background checks and US birth certificates (which is commonly known as a birth certificate stamp certification).  The government of Qatar has four locations that can assist with the legalization of documents: one embassy in Washington, D.C. and three Consulate offices in California, Texas, and New York.

Qatar is not currently  a member of the Hague Apostille Convention, meaning that processing and certifying any documents for this country can be a hassle and time consuming if not trusted to the right hands. We can apostille your documents from the local level to the Qatar Embassy or Consulate offices.  The processing time can take anywhere from two to three weeks. In order to process your documents, we will just need your original documents and our order form to be completed.

For any assistance in notarizing and certifying documentations to be used overseas, our staff is available to answer your questions and provide you with step-by-step assistance. We are in the office every day, Monday to Sunday, from 8 AM to 11 PM EST. Do not hesitate to call us at 404-323-4211, or e-mail david@atlantaapostille.com.
