Dual Citizenship Apostille

February 2, 2020 By Atlanta Apostille

So you’re seeking dual citizenship, or dual nationality, with another country? As you consider the advantages and disadvantages of both, know that documents used overseas will need an apostille to verify the legality of its usage. Atlanta Apostille can help with certifying Birth, Death, and Marriage Certificates, as well as Divorce Decrees.

The first step is ensuring that dual citizenship is attainable for the country you are seeking, since not all countries allow it. From there, contact the local consulate office for any further information or instructions on the application process, such as asking if you need an apostilled birth certificate. They should provide a list of steps and documents to apostille for use internationally, and from there we would be more than happy to assist. If you have any trouble, our trained professionals are versed in expedited apostille services and can answer any questions or confusions you might have. Note that in order to process your documents, we will need your original documents and our order form to be completed.

For any assistance in notarizing and certifying documentation to be used overseas for those residing in the United States, our staff is available to answer your questions and provide you with step-by-step assistance. We are in the office every day, Monday to Sunday, from 8 AM to 11 PM EST. Do not hesitate to call us at 404-323-4211, or e-mail david@atlantaapostille.com.

FAA Apostille

December 1, 2019 By Atlanta Apostille

So you need a federal apostille on paperwork and documents given by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)?

In order to process the authentication of documents issued by the U.S. Department of Transportation’s FAA, you will need to request a certified copy of your documents from the FAA directly. Certified copies will have the signature of an FAA official and their printed name, so these kinds of documents do not require notarization or a certified document stamp. In order to acquire apostille services on your documents, all we need are the original documents and our order form filled out.

For any additional questions or assistance in notarizing and certifying documents to be used overseas by those residing in the United States, our staff is available to answer your questions and provide you with step-by-step assistance. We are in the office every day assisting with expedited apostille services, Monday to Sunday, from 8 AM to 11 PM EST. Do not hesitate to call us at 404-323-4211, or e-mail david@atlantaapostille.com to make an appointment today.

Cuba Embassy Legalization Certification

November 7, 2019 By Atlanta Apostille

Are you looking into dual citizenship in Cuba or planning an island wedding on the beautiful beaches of Cuba, like Playa Paraiso or Santa Lucia? Either way, documentation for international use, such as a birth certificate, FBI background check, certified divorce decrees, or single status affidavits, will need a Cuba Embassy certification, legalization, and attestation service. You may be wondering, “Where can I get my birth certificate apostilled?” Look no further than Atlanta Apostille! Our trained staff would be happy to help you get apostille services done in a seamless and easy way that skips all the lines, hassles, and additional fees.

Cuba is not currently a member of the Hague Apostille Convention, which simply means that documents for this country require multiple steps for certification. A couple of things to note: all documents processed for Cuba will need to have a certified Spanish apostille translation by a member of the American Translator’s association, or someone certified by a similar group, who will need to attest to the translation, sign it, and have a notary public notarize the signature.

For any assistance in getting documents apostilled, or notarizing and certifying documentations to be used overseas for those residing in the United States, our staff is available to answer your questions and provide you with step-by-step assistance. We are in the office every day, Monday to Sunday, from 8 AM to 11 PM EST. Do not hesitate to call us at 404-323-4211, or e-mail david@atlantaapostille.com.

Obtaining an apostille can be time-consuming, confusing, and a complete disaster if left into the hands of untrained non-professionals or employees. So to ensure every chance of success, make sure you are trusting your important documentation to those who fully understand the Apostille process, as well as all the certifications and unique requirements of each and every country.
