Vehicle Title Registration Certificate Apostille

April 27, 2020 By Atlanta Apostille

If you have a car you’re using in a foreign country, know that you will more than likely need to present your vehicle title or registration certificate. You must acquire an authentication seal, or an apostille, for international use, and Atlanta Apostille can happily assist with all vehicle title registration certificates that are issued from all DMV’s in the United States.

In order to obtain a title for a car, you must first prove that you own the car and plan to use it in a foreign country, or that someone has sold the car to you and you will then need to register it in the foreign country. Before the documentation can be issued an apostille, it has to be signed and notarized within the United States or at a U.S. Embassy.

If the prior owner of the vehicle is currently in the United States, they must meet with a traveling public notary who can witness a signature on the document. From there, if you need to get apostille documents in USA guidelines, Atlanta Apostille can assist and even offer same day processing.

Bahrain Embassy Legalization Certification Apostille

November 25, 2019 By Atlanta Apostille

Known for its pearl fisheries and history dating back to the Garden of Eden, Bahrain is an island located to the west of Qatar. So you googled, “How to apostille a birth certificate?” and are needing it for use in Qatar or any other country part of the Hague Apostille Convention. For any document certification and legalization, such as an FBI apostille or an apostille passport, through the Bahrain Embassy in Washington, we can assist in providing Bahrain Embassy certification, legalization, attestation and apostille services.

Bahrain is a member of the Hague Apostille Convention, which means that documents destined for Bahrain only require the state apostille, issued by the secretary of state. However, there are situations where you might need to certify and legalize directly through the Bahrain Embassy, and we can assist with the apostilling of your document through the State, U.S. Department of State, and the Bahrain Embassy. Certifying your documents through the State and the US Department of State is required before the Embassy will attach their authentication seals and stamps to your documents. Did you know? We have the fastest turnaround times for all your apostille needs, including same-day service for the most efficient certification. In order to process your documents, we will just need your original documents and our order form to be completed.

For any assistance in notarizing and certifying documentation to be used overseas by those residing in the United States, our staff is available to answer your questions and provide you with step-by-step assistance. We are in the office every day, Monday to Sunday, from 8 AM to 11 PM EST. Do not hesitate to call us at 404-323-4211, or e-mail david@atlantaapostille.com.

Always make sure you are trusting your important documentation to those who fully understand the apostille process, as well as all the certifications and unique requirements of each and every country.
