Saudi Arabia Cultural Mission Diploma Attestation

June 25, 2020 By Atlanta Apostille

The certification and authentication of documents for Saudi Arabia is a multi-step process that can be time-consuming, confusing, and unsuccessful if left into the hands of untrained non-professionals or employees. Make sure you are trusting your important apostille documents to those who fully understand how to get apostille services completed, as well as all the certifications and unique requirements of each and every country involved.

The Saudi Arabian Embassy has one of the strictest procedures for who can apostille a document, so trust your document authentication services to those who understand the many steps. But do know that with Atlanta Apostille, and the help of the Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission (SACM), we can assist with the intermediary process between U.S. educational institutions and the Saudi government.

The SACM does not authenticate or accept online degrees, and only accepts degrees from accredited U.S. based universities.

There are several steps between your university and the embassy that can end up costing you more time and money than you planned if you were to attempt to apostille documents related to your diploma.

So do not spend another moment wondering where to apostille a document, and know that Atlanta Apostille can help! For any assistance in notarizing and certifying documentation to be used overseas for those residing in the United States, our staff is available to answer your questions and provide you with step-by-step assistance on how to get an apostille. We are in the office every day, Monday to Sunday, from 8 AM to 11 PM EST. Do not hesitate to call us at 404-323-4211, or e-mail [email protected].

GED, Diploma, or Transcripts Apostille

January 4, 2020 By Atlanta Apostille

When attempting to pursue education internationally or step into overseas work, at Atlanta Apostille, we would love to help you grow your skill set.

When acquiring apostille services on your GED Diploma or Transcripts, know that there are two main steps:

  1. Contact your school’s registrar and acquire a signature and notary for either the original or a colored copy. You may have to mail in your original or e-mail a color copy to the school. Not sure where the original is? Don’t worry! Some schools will allow you to purchase a new diploma when attempting to acquire an apostilled degree. If the school doesn’t have a notary on staff, you can contact a traveling notary who can visit the school and assist appropriately with the registrar. However, most notaries are not aware of all the details required for authenticating and certifying diplomas or transcripts for the specific needs and requirements of each and every country- so make sure to contact Atlanta Apostille for the apostilling process in order to ensure the best chance of success in your overseas process.
  1. When you receive your diploma or transcript, double check that the paperwork has been signed and notarized. Some will place this on the back, if there isn’t enough room on the front, and others might attach an affidavit that is signed and notarized to the document. Just remember to verify that an original signature and printed name of the school’s registrar is on the document, and includes the notary’s name, signature, date, wording, and stamp.

For any assistance in notarizing and acquiring an apostilled degree to be used overseas by those residing in the United States, our staff is available to answer your questions and provide you with step-by-step assistance . We are in the office every day, Monday to Sunday, from 8 AM to 11 PM EST. Do not hesitate to call us at 404-323-4211, or e-mail [email protected] for all your document authentication services and needs.

Diploma Legalization and Certification for Saudi Arabia

August 3, 2019 By Atlanta Apostille

Are you planning to work in Saudi Arabia?  Do need your U.S. diploma legalized for Saudi Arabia for a new job offer? Or maybe you are wondering who can apostille a document? The opportunities for work overseas are endless and can be daunting, but know that Atlanta Apostille can help! We provide international document certification, and obtain apostilles, authentications, U.S. State Department certifications, and embassy legalizations on documents for foreign use.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is not currently a member of the Hague Apostille Convention, which means that documents for this country require multiple steps for certification.

In order to apostille a degree and legalize your diploma, you will need to provide several documents from your alma mater and the company offering a position, such as a notarized copy of your college degree. We recommend that you contact the school’s registrar and request either the original diploma or color copy to get notarized.

To be considered qualified for a position of employment in Saudi Arabia, there are standards and requirements that have been issued by both the Saudi Ministry of Education and the Saudi Arabia Cultural Ministry. Online courses taken when acquiring your degree are not normally accepted, but they do allow twelve hours within a bachelors degree and six hours within a masters & Ph.D. Also keep in mind that they take into consideration content of the program undertaken by the student, location where the courses were taken, and several other factors which may delay the request or cause it to be rejected.  Presenting a diploma from an accredited U.S. university does not fully guarantee approval by the SACM. If the request for certification by the SACM is not approved, please note that the amount for the notarization and apostilling service is non-refundable.

Typically, this process of acquiring apostille services on a document for overseas use can be time consuming and complicated if done by yourself. We can certify your documents through the local offices, Secretary of State, federal agencies in Washington, D.C., and the UAE Embassy or Consulate offices.  Depending on the state of origin of your document, the process can take anywhere from two to three weeks. In order to process your documents, we will just need your original documents and our order form to be completed.

For any assistance in notarizing and certifying documentations to be used overseas by those residing in the United States, our staff is available to answer your questions and provide you with step-by-step assistance. We are in the office every day, Monday to Sunday, from 8 AM to 11 PM EST. Do not hesitate to call us at 404-323-4211, or e-mail [email protected].
