Cuba Embassy Legalization Certification

November 7, 2019 By Atlanta Apostille

Are you looking into dual citizenship in Cuba or planning an island wedding on the beautiful beaches of Cuba, like Playa Paraiso or Santa Lucia? Either way, documentation for international use, such as a birth certificate, FBI background check, certified divorce decrees, or single status affidavits, will need a Cuba Embassy certification, legalization, and attestation service. You may be wondering, “Where can I get my birth certificate apostilled?” Look no further than Atlanta Apostille! Our trained staff would be happy to help you get apostille services done in a seamless and easy way that skips all the lines, hassles, and additional fees.

Cuba is not currently a member of the Hague Apostille Convention, which simply means that documents for this country require multiple steps for certification. A couple of things to note: all documents processed for Cuba will need to have a certified Spanish apostille translation by a member of the American Translator’s association, or someone certified by a similar group, who will need to attest to the translation, sign it, and have a notary public notarize the signature.

For any assistance in getting documents apostilled, or notarizing and certifying documentations to be used overseas for those residing in the United States, our staff is available to answer your questions and provide you with step-by-step assistance. We are in the office every day, Monday to Sunday, from 8 AM to 11 PM EST. Do not hesitate to call us at 404-323-4211, or e-mail [email protected].

Obtaining an apostille can be time-consuming, confusing, and a complete disaster if left into the hands of untrained non-professionals or employees. So to ensure every chance of success, make sure you are trusting your important documentation to those who fully understand the Apostille process, as well as all the certifications and unique requirements of each and every country.

China Embassy Legalization – Z Visa Work Permit

October 31, 2019 By Atlanta Apostille

With the largest population in the world and bordering countries such as Afghanistan, Bhutan, Burma, and India, is the People’s Republic of China. China has the second largest economy in the world, behind the United States. Doing business in China can be confusing and somewhat daunting. If you are planning on doing business there and need China Embassy legalization services for documents to be used internationally, know that you must first satisfy the requirements of a China Z-Visa. In order to certify your degree or an FBI background check, you will need to mail in your notarized and signed diploma or your FBI background check. Atlanta Apostille can assist with all your same day apostille service needs for things, such as an FBI apostille service or an apostilled criminal background check.

For all diploma and transcript records, a diploma must be signed and notarized. Contact your university and request your diploma to be signed by the Registrar and notarized by a notary public. The notary public must notarize the signature and name of the Registrar.

The Chinese Embassy can be strict in their requirements for overseas documentation, and this process of apostilling a document for overseas use can be time consuming and complicated if left into the wrong hands. But Atlanta Apostille can certify and assist with your documents to help make your work in China successful. Do note that documents for use in China require state certification, U.S. Department of State Certification, and Embassy Legalization for all document legalization services.

In the meantime, here are some unique and helpful Chinese business facts provided by the Chinese Hongda business services:

  1. Exchanging business cards in China is a big deal. It’s a traditional process that allows for you to garner respect from your business contact, where cards are held out using both hands, and a slight bow often follows. Always make sure to take the card with both hands and review over the card for a moment, before thanking the person. And never, ever shove the card into your pocket, instead opt for a card holder or wallet.
  2. Foreign Intellectual Property Rights are not necessarily protected in China. Just because your IP is protected in your foreign country does not mean your registered trademark is protected in China, so it’s of absolute essence to register your trademarks in China. Though you could take legal action in court later down the road, that could take months to years, and guarantees you absolutely nothing but a lot of money and time spent. So make sure that registering your trademark is one of the first things you do in China.
  3. Go into doing business in China with the most open of minds. From the way yes does not always mean yes – due to a shame and honor culture, a yes could be showing respect in front of other coworkers and clients in order to keep all happy, but may not actually mean “Yes,” to understanding that business lunches and dinners are where the real negotiations happen, not necessarily over meetings, such as is custom in the west, make sure to keep an open mind and understand that culture can vary from coast to coast.

Certificate to Foreign Government CFG Apostille

October 2, 2019 By Atlanta Apostille

Do you need to export and market products to or from a different country and have searched, “Apostille services near me for FDA?” The foreign government receiving the products will request a “Certificate to Foreign Government”, which just ensures that all products, being sold are in compliance with the requirements of the Federal Food, Drug, & Cosmetic Act within the Food & Drug Administration.

The FDA is the government agency that would administer this kind of certification. When acquiring and presenting this document for international use, a foreign government receiving the products will look for official confirmation and assurance that the products they are receiving meet the U.S. FDA guidelines, and a review of an FDA Export Certificate may be required to import your product into another country. So for all international use of a Certificate to Foreign Government (CFG) issued by the FDA, apostilled documents are necessary.

Typically, this process of acquiring apostille services, or certifying a document for overseas use, can be time consuming and complicated if left into the wrong hands, but with Atlanta Apostille you are accessing one of the fastest and most reputable ways to certify and legalize your documents for overseas use.
